Thread of things people say/do that make me wonder why these people are allowed to drive:

Me: *checks pressure, sees it& #39;s at 20 psi, relays it to customer*

Me: once a month
Customer: oh I haven& #39;t done it since I got them a year ago

Me: *checks oil, sees it& #39;s sludge, pitch black, tells them*
C: so I should change my oil?
Me: Well, yea...
C: oh i havent done it since I bought the car

Customer: hi so I got work done on my car and since then it& #39;s really hard to see outside my vehicle at night I think the lights were messed with
