@JioCare need help !! Lost my jio sim 2 weeks ago , went to a jio store for a replacement sim ,however couldn& #39;t get one since the sim was registered in my father& #39;s name , and my father met with an accident so he& #39;s completely bed ridden , so how do I get that sim back ?

Heard that u ppl provide home delivery for the new sim so , can the same be done for a replacement sim , since it& #39;s not possible for my father to physically visit a jio store with an aadhar , can that be done online or may be by sending an executive home ?

For the time being executive in the jio store blocked my jio number , he said unless and until I bring my father it won& #39;t be possible for him to give a replacement sim , pls help @JioCare
