At moment, no Kickstart criteria or guidance on quality of jobs. It& #39;s really needed. I.e. how jobs will be suitable for ppl who& #39;ve been unemployed; that you& #39;ll have a line mgr, support, development opportunities, varied work; access to health, training; etc. 2/

Risk if we don& #39;t have clear criteria on job quality is that when the job goes wrong, the employer will blame the young person; the young person will blame the employer; and everyone will blame Kickstart.
And the young person will be back unemployed and probably even worse off 3/3
