Pls, take care of yourself first. Take a break from social media for atleast for a day. Turn off your Notifs and your Phone. Eat food you like/crave, write a journal about your fave animal, food, family, etc. Develop a new hobby, reading, cooking, baking, writing poems & stories.
Spend time with your family. Spend time and play with your pets. Read a science related book ETC. take a short walk outside (if safe and allowed only. WEAR PROPER MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING)
Do anything that you love aslong as your away from social media :)) also practice Breathing Excersices *very important*
