(2/?) Yes, I’ve been there. I was hospitalized for my own attempt almost 7 years ago. I know the feeling. I know what it’s like to feel alone, helpless, like no one loves or cares. I get it. I really do.
(3/?) You are loved. You are cared for. You are needed in the world. You have a beautiful life to live. It gets better, I promise. I swear to you, as cheesy as it sounds, it gets better.
(4/?) There are hotlines you can reach out to, friends, family, therapists, etc. Someone will listen and help you get through whatever you’re going through. People really do care about you, and I do too.
(5/?) I will always be available to anyone who needs to talk. If I could get through all the shit that I did, I promise you that you can too. I will never be too busy to help you, because you’re my friend and I love you.
(6/6) There is a light at the end of every tunnel. I believe in you. You can get through it, and you won’t have to go it alone. There are so many people who want to see you alive and thrive. You can do it. It gets better
