I saw a crummy take today about CR ships and I want to address something that comes up in queerbaiting discourse: bisexual erasure.
Queerbating is when two characters maintain a same-sex tension relationship that is never addressed, and leaves folks hanging. CR didn& #39;t do that.

When characters actually profess the same-sex attraction, it is no longer queer-baiting or coded, but queer in fact. It& #39;s open. The feelings are apart of the actual narrative and not hidden away.
When characters expresses romantic feelings for multi genders, that& #39;s bi/pansexual

The post I saw, claiming that CR had queerbaited is honestly crap. Characters can be complex and have feelings for multiple genders, and have personal baggage about relationships in general. That& #39;s not queerbaiting, that& #39;s character depth.
The same sex attractions in CR isn& #39;t a punchline, it& #39;s an actual part of their dynamics as characters, which is refreshing to see in media, and amazing to see in an improvised space, and it& #39;s honestly nice to see fictional characters process romance the way I do in media.
Listen I’m all for critiquing the content I love, because critique makes us all better consumers and creatives but damn
Also not all of this has directly to do with CR but a lot to do with discussions on Queerbaiting I have seen in the community that kinda leaves bisexuals out
