I think as long as I& #39;m an active member of ANY fandom, I will never forgive one man (jj abrams) for his incessant need for misdirection. Sometimes it& #39;s actually cool to just write a story that has both questions and answers

anyway, it annoyed me that Finn was set up to be a Jedi ex-stormtrooper, and then when that didn& #39;t work out, his motivations were tested in last jedi, then JJ couldn& #39;t even stick the landing to his OWN force sensitive stormtrooper idea by leaving remnants of it... (cont& #39;d)

in the script for rise of Skywalker. Like, cool, if you& #39;re gonna abandon an idea once, that& #39;s fine, but don& #39;t trash the genuine development someone ELSE did, just to poorly have another go at the idea you were too weak to fully commit to.
