I’m really curious as to why these certain witches came out. Typhon showed up first, despite Echidna wanting only Daphne to show up. This is probably because of the Pride relation from Season 1. Also, it’s the one deadly sin he actually possesses in his characteristics, IMO.
I believe Echidna even says Typhon was excited to meet him. Daphne was the original witch they were going to talk to so her appearance makes sense as well. Minerva was there to "save" Subaru from Typhon. What I don’t get is where is the Witch of Lust and Sloth?
I was really expecting Sloth to show up as Subaru possesses the witch factor for that sin. Maybe this is the reason she DIDN’T show up. As for Lust, I have no clue. Wrath and Lust are the two sins that have not been mentioned at ALL in the series (except in S2 E3)

Satella’s physical appearance was quite surprising as well since I didn’t know it was possible. If I remember correctly, in S1, the Ordeal was to create a vessel for her to appear. This was going to be Emilia but Subaru killed Petelgeuse before that happened.
As we saw, she appeared like nothing BUT Emilia was missing when he awoke. Maybe Satella is using her body right now. Though, if Satella could just possess Emilia’s body whenever, I feel like she would have done that already.
This thread was just me spitting out some thoughts right after the episode before I go to sleep. It may be a little incoherent, long and/or wrong :b I’m an anime only but I do know a few minor things that happen (I don’t make theories about them)
