To explain, I have to go back to my first sale

It was April 25th which was a week after I became an affiliate for @DivCultivator

I was euphoric

$5 just for writing a tweet?

AND it only took 1 week?

I was planning to become the next affiliate king

I soon got sale after sale in the following weeks

It was too easy

But then something happened that I truly never expected

I& #39;m sure you already guessed it

Yes, my sales dried up

But I couldn& #39;t figure out the "WHY?"

I was embarrassed and honestly scared

This account was GROWING and I didn& #39;t want to lose my followers

Questions like "Will people think I& #39;m a liar if I post a smaller payout than last week"

Bombarded me all week

So I stopped posting my payouts

I hadn& #39;t changed anything about my sales tactics though

I was still the same 20-year-old me, planning to hit it big off of affiliate sales

IT JUST WASN& #39;T WORKING

I didn& #39;t know the root cause of my problem, but I knew I needed help

I started looking at the other people affiliating for @DivCultivator& #39;s guide

One who posted HUGE payouts weekly was @TheAffCoach

I was curious of what he was doing different than me

But "The Affiliate Coach" ?

I was friends with Brandon before the name change

I was unsure of the change, because I saw him as a fitness coach

I didn& #39;t need a coach and it sounded corny to me

(Sorry Brandon, it was my first thought)

But money talks so I started dming him

But hadn& #39;t picked up on that yet

Remember, it was "too easy" just a couple of months ago

Frustrated, I quit posting links

I couldn& #39;t deal with the slap in the face of not getting a sale when I posted a link

But how was I going to earn money on Twitter?

I was about to give up

With no sales and follower count leveling off

I needed sales and I was gonna do anything to get them

Thank goodness Brandon came in clutch again
