September is Suicide Prevention Month and i just want to remind everyone to check in on your loved ones, and I mean really check in and remind them that they’re loved, hold value to your life and their own, strong, and NOT a burden.

Let’s break the stigma and misconceptions around people who struggle with a mental illness. It’s not something one could just “get over” bc trust me, if it was that easy, it would’ve been done a long time ago.
To conclude this thread, I hope September is the month that brings solutions, progress, stability, wealth, good health, and love to all of you. Don’t be ashamed to reach out for help and don’t doubt checking up on someone you love!
