question you need to ask those who share that report as proof they think COVID-19 stats overblown, is this:
"when a COVID-19 death occurs - would that individual have died from their underlying conditions as soon or at all, if they hadn& #39;t contracted COVID?"

Note, the 3 C& #39;s are:
- Closed spaces with no ventilation
- Crowded places
- Close contact
Dr. Howard Njoo, Cda’s Deputy CPHO, asks that Cdns avoid the 3 C& #39;s whenever possible. When unavoidable - practice measures such as mask wearing, physical distancing & hand washing
