My homeboy was told he had to move out of his girl& #39;s place because the renter doesn& #39;t allow felons. Another felon I know had to put business licenses in his friends name.

We can& #39;t complain about recidivism rates when there& #39;s friction like this for ppl trying to succeed.

He tried to get get a Realtor License. In fact any kind of insurance agent or anything requiring licensing is barred for life if you& #39;ve had a 1st degree felony.

I can& #39;t vote. Cops aren& #39;t supposed to fraternize with us felons. We cant own guns. Some of these things I dont

care about. But some are important. Like having to disclose my felony on applications. I get it, you want to be safe. So do some careful vetting, but dont bar us outright for life from rejoining as full citizens.
