Society is hypocritical. They say "Be happy" or expect everyone to be alright, and then they don& #39;t do anything to confirm their beliefs. Its concerning, really. How do you expect someone to get better if you don& #39;t help them? Everybody needs a little help sometimes tbh.

And being helped is okay. We& #39;re all human and nobody is perfect. Everybody has limits whether they like it or not. You can& #39;t keep going and going and going. because you& #39;re human. and you need help sometimes. and thats okay.
