is a bad word. It& #39;s an overloaded word. It& #39;s like friendship or love. It could mean anything to anyone!
2/ Happiness is an internal trait that comes out of being peaceful or accepting about whatever is going on around you.
3/ It is the sense that nothing is missing in this moment.
4/ If you have this sense that "something is missing in this moment" aka "A desire" that will pull you out of this moment and will make you unhappy.
5/ Our natural state is to be happy.
6/ If a child is unhappy, you say, "What& #39;s wrong?".

If an adult is really happy, you say, "Why are you happy ?"

It& #39;s a little weird.
7/ I think we are born with happiness.

We are intrinsically happy creatures.

We become unhappy because our egos create desires.

The desire pulls us out of the moment.
8/ We say "Something is missing right now" and we chase that and we wonder why we are unhappy.
9/ And then, we try to drown that sense of loss out through pleasure.

And, pleasure comes through drugs, drinking, partying, sex, whatever. Could even be extreme sports.
10/ All just trying to forget ourselves.
And I think, there are ways past that.
