k I gave you the feels version. Here& #39;s a & #39;practical options& #39; version for those that operate a lil differently:
- Reach out to an acquaintance. Maybe you& #39;re not quite friends, but they& #39;re probably feeling similar to you.
- Not getting work or being invited? Organize it yourself.
- Talk to a friend and/or see a therapist to bounce thoughts/ideas.
- Acknowledge your difficulty receiving help/compliments and just say thanks and process it
- Find a new community that enjoys things you like. You& #39;re bound to make friends
- Track your progress, like #FridayFlex
