A friend of mine who lives in the Philippines needs professional help ASAP.

Apparently, she& #39;d been going through a lot mentally for quite a while now, but it was only recently that we realized how bad her depression (and possibly other issues) really was.

(2) I don& #39;t completely understand, but I& #39;m not a professional; all I know is that it& #39;s serious.

If there are any psychologists who can help her, DM me immediately so I can give you her info.
