Goodbye to Splash Mountain

Splash Mountain has been one of my favorite attractions at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World since I can remember.
One was always reminded of the simple, yet profound, wisdom of Uncle Remus throughout the attraction.
I have many memories of standing in the queue line at Splash Mountain, before the days of FastPass, when one could meet all kinds of interesting people from around the world.
I can& #39;t help but feel sad about the passing of this attraction. One day it will be gone and it will feel like a piece of my history and childhood will have been erased.
Fun Fact: You see Br& #39;er Bear& #39;s bum 4 1/2 times along the ride in Splash Mountain.

I will miss Splash Mountain.
