Do not over extend your trading. You are probably thinking that you& #39;re mature enough to handle the downside.

You are fighting your own biology, this is gambling.

In my time in the Air Force I saw many airmen take their life after trauma they experienced while serving. Don& #39;t put yourself in a position to experience trauma.

Ask your friends (especially during this time) how they& #39;re doing. Make sure they& #39;re not over extending themselves. Tell them when they are behaving risky.

Let& #39;s also not normalize suicidal jokes, it makes detection harder.
