Of these, I think waste disposal is under-appreciated as far as moats go. The environmental concerns are real, and regulatory burdens / costs constitute large barriers to entry

I believe $SHW is classified as a specialty chem. It fits this description; the actual paint, as i understand it, is a small cost of a paint job, so pros are not likely to opt for a cheaper substitute as it may require more coats, and thus use more time, & so eat profits
