& #39;& #39;BUT THE NPCS ARE JUST TOADS& #39;& #39; While the majority are just Toads, they do feel extremely more fleshed out, like they really are a population of fun guys. I love saving every Toad to see what they have to say. And some new chars, bowser& #39;s minions, Olivia, all of that is great!
