So @GhostOfNiesh had to have ALL of their merch refunded because apparently THEY WERE SOLD OUT. I& #39;M SORRY BUT NIESHA PREORDERED HER ITEMS AND NEVER GOT THEM

They never notified us when our merch WAS A MONTH DELAYED and when they did, they sent the exact same email to everyone AND WAS FUCKING RUDE TO US

The customer service team is fucking rude and we need to have good communication and not snobby rude af people like Curtis. And frankly if people reply with more problems we are gonna have to ask yall to address this situation.

OH AND THERE& #39;S NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YALL AND THE MERCH TEAM I BET BECAUSE I BET THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YALL ARE HEARING ABOUT THIS. Fucking bet that. And frankly I think it& #39;s time you did a full investigation about that.
