So @arrivanortheast aren& #39;t taking cash payments on buses anymore, and if they do take cash then they won& #39;t give you change.

So, I& #39;ve been working with an autistic guy who gets ÂŁ10 a day. He needs to get a ÂŁ4.60 day ticket on a bus to his centre. He doesn& #39;t have ...
A contact less card and doesn& #39;t have a phone for the app. Staff cannot do this for him as he needs receipts to safeguard against fraud or theft.

I& #39;ve just tried to get him on the bus and the driver wouldn& #39;t give change, and I only had ÂŁ3 on me. So I& #39;ve paid
To get him a one way ticket which I can& #39;t claim back and then I& #39;ll have to find a way to get change to buy a second ticket to get him home all the while he& #39;s panicking because he& #39;s wearing a mask and its hot.

How is this not against the disability policy of @arrivanortheast ?
Not giving change, not allowing cash transactions are hitting disabled people or people with LD and even elderly people. Its a disgrace and I& #39;m furious.
