to those who have been triggered by the recent unfortunate event and if you are having a panic or anxiety please do not try to harm yourself just not to be detached from the reality++
but instead try to do this
try to also close your eyes while doing a mantra like "this will end" or "i can do this"
and i know anxiety and panic attacks felt like you are about to go insane but please don& #39;t hurt yourself just to reattached yourself with reality, try to focus your self on one thing or to your surrounding or picture your happy place
i do not major is psychology, but these things have helped me a lot, i hope it will help you too. please stay safe everyone
