and brown men you need to really evaluate why your idea of achieving the american dream resides in dating a white woman.

mindy kaling i hate you so much lol. ur perception of brown girls in ameica may have been true in the 80s but not today. u still perpetuate harmful stereotypes & so many of the same recycled storylines that aren’t relevant or true.

this thread wasn’t done well but i needed to get this off my chest bc south asian women either get no rep in western media or we’re poorly written n we are all so much more than ur 1 demension depiction of us and more importantly we are not all the same.
