Introduction to the animation industry. My name is Dante. My preferred name is Iris. I am autistic transgender (pre-HRT) WOC who& #39;s in self-training to be an animation artist/illustrator in the industry.

I am currently teaching myself storyboarding, prop design, character designer, and 2D visual development. I know there are some artists programs from Netflix and Nickelodeon, but I don& #39;t want to rush myself.

I see myself more as an illustrator than a character animator.

The software I am using are Storyboard Pro, Harmony (to practice basic animation principles), and Clip Studio Paint, which Clip Studio Paint came with my Wacom tablet I bought from Amazon.

I do hope to gain insight in the industry, move out of my mom& #39;s apartment, and finally get some good health insurance to finally take estrogen.
