Just your daily reminder that its okay not to be okay. Theres a lot going on in the world right and even if there are people who have it worse than you, you& #39;re allowed to feel overwhelmed, mad, upset, run down, sad, and anything else.
It& #39;s okay to stay in your pjs all day because you& #39;re lucky that you even got out of bed that day.
It& #39;s okay that you ordered take out 5 days in a row. Stimulating the economy right?
It& #39;s okay to check out and be selfish. Just dont forget to check back in. Your family and friends are there for you, but it& #39;s okay to need a break from them.
At the end of all of this, we will look back and say holy shit that was rough, but hey. I made it.
#MentalHealthAwareness is so important, especially right now when it seems like so much is going wrong. Maybe this thread was for myself, but maybe it& #39;ll help one more person remember that today is only a day. Tomorrow may seem daunting, but at least you& #39;re moving forward.
#COVID19 will not be the end of the world. This will pass, just as all things. Prioritize your #mentalhealth and control the things you can control. Let the rest go.
