Done everything they said which will keep it at this level. Email, phone and whatsapp all saying it won& #39;t go down.

I& #39;m literally trying to give them more money.

Cannot wait until I can move to another ISP. They have constantly failed at every single stage of being an ISP

Billing failures for months. App doesn& #39;t work so can& #39;t see usage or change details (even spoken to their developers about it). Their locking customers out of the router
That& #39;s right, the router you get. You can& #39;t change a setting on it. You must phone support to do it remotely.
