Update: City Hall has locked its doors.

City employees are getting text messages warning them of the protest
Protest appears to be ending. Unclear exactly why but in recent weeks, the court has been hearing eviction hearings in blocks at 10am, 11am, and 1pm (for social distancing). So it would seem like anyone seeking an eviction would have already tried to get in
