Reading through comments on a hair brushing asmr vid n one of them was like "teacher: this is not a hair salon!!" and it just unlocked a series of primary school memories where I was starting to let my hair grow out n ppl would play with it n the teacher would be like um no

There& #39;s also this specific memory I had where I used to wear clips in my hair one on each side, and I kept fiddling with them in my hands, clipping them onto one another n whatnot, and the teacher told me off saying smth like "either put them back in your hair or they go to me"

N I just was just like ah.......sorry n clipped them back in my hair n just sat the rest of the time in shame for being told off despite being a generally good kid, just a big crybaby n shit

Not sure why I decided to bring it up now but yeah..the more you know about me huh

I also kept up that little kid look with the clips on either side until early high school (yr 7/8 tops) and my gosh I& #39;m glad I grew outta those gaudy things

I say that but I believe I put bobby pins into my hair in a cross shape on either side for a party but have I really outgrown that style since I still have every, if not more, of a reason to clip my /fringe/ bc it can get in the way a lot since it& #39;s just as long as everythin else
