1. A few thoughts...now the dust has settled. As with my ability to mistake someone running about a lot for being class (De Costa is playing well...everyone else...he& #39;s been shit!) I& #39;m sure there will be a few things you might not agree with, but I recon I& #39;m fair & not a meathead
2. I& #39;ve watched nearly all of every game since the return & my overall feeling has been apart from Derby & 2nd half v Swansea I& #39;ve been on edge. Never felt if I was the opponent I& #39;d have been that worried about us. But that could be because it means so much to me.....
3. I always try and look at us from the other side. I read other team& #39;s fan tweets & I think most fans are pissed off with something. Brizzle and Hudds fans thought we would murder them for instance, but I was nervy as hell in both games....
4. I know the counter thing works for us and but I& #39;d just love to see us go at teams more. Swansea 2nd half we looked great. Taking it to the sheep I felt the same. There is defo spirit in this side and you can& #39;t always train or buy that....a positive
5. I feel Lolley coming on v Swansea was a sign Lamouchi was just hoping his 2nd choice players in some position would get the job done, take off some pressure and allow him to get his best fit. I think if we make POs we will see us at very nearly full strength
6. I& #39;ve also felt we seem to play a lot of passes wide or behind players. Silva can either be a world beater or a bit wild. I think the basics of the pass need to be tightened up because the way we play often invites teams on but I feel we are actually better with the ball
7. I& #39;m confident after Sabri& #39;s post match interview Sunday, he knows he got that wrong and it& #39;s a cup final now. I truly believe we will go at Stoke and could get a few which would be just the tonic and the boost we need.
8. I agree with @Forza_Garibaldi I think the lack of fans has not helped us more than helped. I think a cooking CG on Wednesday would be a huge plus. As for our travelling support, its second to none.
9. I have no interest in if this team is good enough for the Prem. In the top flight, the 2 stars help. In L1, they made us a scalp, but top flight, its history and pedigree players will come and play for. The brand is still strong. Get there first
