ANOTHER THING i can only fast for like 24 hours bc of many many medical conditions SO,,, i make sure i eat very small things thru out the day (1/2)
(2/2) because if i don’t eat at all and then go to eat again,,, i’m so hungry that sometimes i will eat more than my limit and hate myself for it. if i have tiny snacks, it’s SO preventable.
