Alright, so after digging into many meditation books and reflecting on non-duality, I present to you my summary of

And that& #39;s all there is to it, folks!

All mistakes and errors are on me.
Use at your own risk.

You know what, my description of the end result of nyi-méd has a wrong emphasis (& #39;ONLY& #39; is more in the style of Advaita). In dzogchen the important insight would be noticing the non-duality of emptiness and form, which is what& #39;s described in the notes for nyi-méd. My bad.

& #39;Presence is the ONLY thing that stays constant throughout experience& #39; is AFAIK one of the pointers that& #39;s used in Advaita non-dual traditions to point out your true Self as being awareness, which is stylistically and philosophically different from Buddhist ideas such as no-self.
Kinda.
