Overseas address as it won’t counted on Oricon Chart. Oricon Chart is really important in Japan music industry. So, you can borrow your friend’s JP address and ask them to send it over to you OR you can find GOM (please PLEASEEE make sure they use jp address)
Another option is looking for JP warehouse (noted this will be- cost you extra money).
Although Oricon does has their own music streaming site (and they claimed they count from streaming score) people barely go and buy from their website therefore it heavily based on CD sales.

So, let’s just say we can focus on CD sales & probably youtube platform (for their MV). It might wont counted that much but, it may gain public’s interest if it’s featured on popular section of youtube.
