It seeks to replace small business doctors with large corporations who employ doctors. The UCP says "this lets doctors focus on medicine," but what it actually does is allow large corporations [without having to compete] to get government money and make a profit for doctors& #39; work

Where does the profit come from? Either the government has to give the large corporation more than the value of the care you receive or the corporation "streamlines" [guts] support services and forces the doctor to cut corners in providing you care. Or all of those things.
