Me: Why do I feel kind of crappy and lethargic on work days around 7pm?

Also me: *eats only a cheese quesadilla and 3 large coffees all day with no water after sleeping for 4 hours*
Me: Why do I have dull aches and pains in my back and sides?

Also me: *switches from one moderately uncomfortable position to the next for hours at night scrolling Tiktok and Twitter, then has bad posture sitting at a kitchen table for hours while working during the day*
Me: My throat kind of hurts. Do I have COVID?

Also me: *smoked a half a pack of cigarettes two days prior, has a cat I am desperately allergic to but insist on cuddling constantly*
This thread is a reminder to myself to stop thinking I’m dying every 10 seconds.
