1) I& #39;ve been looking at trusteeships. I& #39;m 26 years old and never had a trusteeship before but I& #39;ve worked with some a brill board at @DSC_Charity who gave inspired me. But I did not realise how off putting so many ads were. It sounds like some orgs just wants lawyers and bankers

2) i dont fit those categories but feel I& #39;ve got lots to give. We changed our trustee recruitment process at @DSC_Charity to make it much more inclusive. I hope other charities do the same because as a young woman with an invisible illness you are putting me off

3) which means you& #39;ll be putting off a ton of great, talented people who wouldn& #39;t use the words in your ad to describe themselves. Like why do I need a degree to be a trustee? It just doesn& #39;t make sense and you& #39;re excluding people
