Anyone know how to report an apartment management company? They entered my apartment while I was sleeping. No email, no notice on my door. I woke up to a stranger knocking on my bedroom door. I’m furious and what’s more ridiculous is they weren’t even wearing their mask properly

And when I asked them a question they removed their mask to answer it. I called the company office and they said they’d call me back after talking to the manager. 3 minutes later the one who came to my apartment called me, insisted they gave notice, and

tried to act like removing their mask was doing me a favor because they were answering my question. I left them my email and asked to be notified once they figured out if I had ever been sent an email (I haven’t) or if anyone had come to leave notice on my door.

I’m not confident they’ll actually do anything. I want something to be done. This is absolutely unacceptable.

They sent me a PDF and said it’s on my door. There has been nothing on my door. This email is the first email I’ve recieved from them. The PDF is signed July 1st but this is the first I’ve seen of it. This is ridiculous.
