Last month, CBC/Radio-Canada’s senior executive team asked to meet with a group of Black employees. The team wanted to hear what they had to say.

After intense conversation, consultation and deliberation, members of that group of Black employees at CBC/Radio Canada sent these ten calls to action to the senior executive team.
