Last month, CBC/Radio-Canada’s senior executive team asked to meet with a group of Black employees. The team wanted to hear what they had to say.

Those employees described racist experiences at work and the impact of those experiences. They also offered solutions.
This isn’t the first time Black and other employees of colour at CBC/Radio-Canada have been asked to share their stories.

This type of conversation is not new to CBC.
After intense conversation, consultation and deliberation, members of that group of Black employees at CBC/Radio Canada sent these ten calls to action to the senior executive team.
