I hold JLPT N3 certificate (mastered 650 kanji and 3750 vocabularies) and this is how I work on manga translation:
① Translating
② Cleaning
③ Typesetting
① Translating
I type it on MS word.
it depends on the context of the story, culture, dialect & the difficulties of the kanji.
I could translate for 3 mins/page, but also could translate 3 HOURS/page.
normally it& #39;d take ~20 mins.
btw it took me <5 mins to translate this.

② Cleaning
I use Medibang software, and I clean it using the basic tools.
as you can see, I don& #39;t clean the SFX because my dumbass can& #39;t redraw

It doesn& #39;t take long EXCEPT the bubbles are in annoying shape, or there are so many small bubbles.
It& #39;d take ±10 mins alone!

③ Typesetting
→ I copy-paste my translation
→ I choose the right font for EVERY dialogue bubble
→ I adjust the font size for EVERY dialogue bubble
it takes 10~20 mins alone for typesetting.
this example page took me ±6 mins.

P.S
I have several fonts for manga to match the nuance of the story. the main ones are:
a. dialogue font
b. mumbling font
c. title page font
d. SFX font
e. shocked font
f. horror font
g. notes font

P.S.S The most tiring one is NSFW Manga because there are TONS of moans and lewd SFX so basically it& #39;d be like this

and that& #39;s it, I check again from the beginning, and then save it.
DONE

the total time I spend on translating one (1) page is about 15~40 mins. It could be shorter, could be longer, again, depends on the complexity, context and difficulties.

I translate up to 25 pages a day and that& #39;s the maximum energy I could give (usually I& #39;d pass out after that
