as we know from the update& #39;s title as well as the background shown, this cookie definitely has something to do with sea fairy. their design is also very similar to hers as well--hair made of water with cyan eyes--but their motif is ice

are they a manifestation of her frozen waves or are they the one who froze her? I& #39;m leaning toward the latter due to the wrinkle on their face, indicating that they& #39;re older than sea fairy

what& #39;s their motivation? i don& #39;t have anything to go off of, but based on their expression and the thoughts above, they seem to be antagonistic in some way
