Because the point of newspeak was to remove language to control people. Whereas distinctly the opposite is happening above, ie new language to free people.

In fact, the anti trans position with its constant denial of using words and phrases like "trans women", "cisgender", "assigned sex at birth" are the ones doing the Orwellianisms.

They& #39;re removing the language, to stop the "wrong think" of gender identity and trans equality.

They& #39;ll never believe it, mind you. I find that fascism, at least at the lower down levels of randoms on social media being assholes, requires a certain level of delusion in order to function.

You can& #39;t be a self aware fascist. Cos then you& #39;d probably not want to be a fascist.

I have never read 1984, I& #39;ve just heard a lot about it and watched one whole YouTube video on it.
