An Ikeja, Lagos State High Court on Thursday found a barber, Sunday Kenneth, not guilty of charges of conspiracy and armed robbery, six years after incarceration in the Kirikiri Medium Correctional Centre for the alleged crimes.

He was arrested by one Sergeant Christian (the Investigating Police Officer) alongside two others. No proper investigation was done. Happily, he was represented by one Adedamola Akapo (defence counsel).

I believe his lawyer knows what to do next and best in the circumstance.
