8 months after publication we still don& #39;t fully understand the Northern Ireland protocol but we& #39;d like to agree and implement a UK-EU trade deal in 6 months, giving Parliament no chance to properly scrutinise. To demonstrate Brexit chaos was not down to a hung Parliament.
