I came here exclusively to say that exercise makes me feel like SHIT, I hate it, I get angry and sad after, thinking "how could I do this to myself?". I never felt better after exercising, never, not one day in my life. I& #39;ve tried several different types and nop. Nothing.
I think people need to understand that some people hate exercising and this is normal. It seems almost taboo to say that you don& #39;t feel good after doing it. Some people come saying: WHAT?! TRY IT AGAIN!
