I’m gonna finally start Hunter x Hunter to see what’s the hype about, i guess ill leave my thought of every episode in this thread

Episode 1: The opening and ending are really good! And i really like it even though it has a generic shounen start Gon’s character is really adorable and simple lures you in, along with Kurapika and Leorio! and the animation style? *chef kiss*
Episode 2: I really loved the meaning of the first test and how each other them had a different thought process but still somehow came up with a similar answer! as well as the second test which shows each of their qualities! Gon’s ability to simply notice the small details is...
...genuinely quite good and kurapika’s knowledge is just it! also leorio’s personality and how it contrasts with how he truly actually is kind is kinda enjoyable even though they’re a bit clichéd!

Episode 4: Don’t get why the sudden backstories of both Kurapika and Leorio (or however you spell his name) but Leorio’s backstory and reason to becoming a Hunter almost made cry cause that’s really kind of him- ALSO WTF https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😭" title="Laut schreiendes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Laut schreiendes Gesicht"> HE’S A TEEN?!?! what?
• Also Hisoka’s way to find out who was the real examiner was brutal,,, I LOVE IT!! Killua is kinda an interesting character and I feel like he can be a relatable character later on

Episode 6: Love how they’re introducing new types of Hunters like Gourmet Hunters and how they risk their lives to get special ingredients! Also Menchi is really hot- There arent that many female characters in the anime tbh! Also shows how Gon could be a good leader

Episode 7: We finally got to know a bit of Killua and why he’s so powerful~ Also I really liked this episode and the little proposal the old man suggested! And im happy that someone saw potential in Gon! The episode was enjoyable that’s all lolol and killua needs to chill
Episode 8: I really like the concept of Phase 3! But damn Tonpa pisses me off so fucking much that bastard. I wish the criminal had tortured him

Episode 12: This episode was kinda boring but refreshing at the same time! their friendship is adorable but Tanpo just ruins everything honestly,,, Killua’s and Gon’s friendship is adorable along with Kurapika’s and Leorio’s
Episode 13: Just a recap of everything that had happened up till now
Episode 14: It’s nice to see a bit of hunting as they are aiming to be hunters even tho some scenes were a bit cliched

Episode 16: IT WAS IMMACULATEEEEEEE!!! I love how Gon was able to surprise Hisoka and to take his tag but then when Hisoka gave it to him, himself he refused as he didnt want to be in debt with him! I love~ I love~ im finally getting into this show heh
Episode 17: MMMM I was expecting the whole Bourbon’s dead and he set up a trap after Panzo kept mentioning about how Leorio shouldn’t leave but I’m intrigued as to how they will get out
Episode 18: The chairman is such a crafty guy honestly I love him and how goofy he acts at times! and when gon cried at the end i was like “NOOOOOOOOO DONT CRY BABY”
Episode 19: I KNEW THE CHAIRMAN WAS CRAFTY BUT DAMN HE MADE THINGS INTERESTING WITH THE BATTLES AM HAPPY!!!
