Take a few deep breaths. Text someone you love and let them know they’re appreciated. Go take a walk outside *with your mask on*.

Disconnect from the negative, connect to the good.

As “after school special” as this is going to sound, love is really the way thru this. But we gotta be vigilant and aware with it.

We can’t let their ugliness/hatred become ours. That’s not how we’re naturally wired.

There are systems hard at work. Working to create division, working to oppress, systems right here on Al Gore’s internet, working to break us down.

Those systems, these “leaders”, the ones who fail to “protect and serve” don’t define our worth.

Pay attention....Fear is very loud right now. In racism, sexism, politics, etc.

Don’t let the fear being imposed on you by people *who hate themselves*, make you forget to love others.
