In reality, I didnt realise supporting an artist by buying there music and merch was so hard to do that you have to get a backhanded passive agressive comment from there support team!
Like if your shipping was effected because of the Covid pandemic. Cool, it was a simple thing and maybe an email should be sent out to people who are waiting for things still? Let us know that we are still loved?
