Boiled basti ka alu with timmur (am i spelling it right? It& #39;s a kind of pepper, much like the Sichuan pepper I believe), garlic, tomato, onion chutney.
Sheep meat is 700-750 rupees per kilo. So villagers rear sheep. This is cornmeal being prepared for the sheep. Also contains potato peels, cauliflower stems, pretty much everything that doesn& #39;t get used in the kitchen.
