the worst part of following a lot of publishing/bookish people on Twitter is when you see someone talking about a book and they make you want it SUPER BAD

they had an ARC and you still don& #39;t know how to get ARCs apparently

ways I& #39;ve gotten ARCs:

- friends who know how to get ARCs say "I& #39;m decluttering my books, do you want these"
- I found out I can ask my agent for books that her other clients wrote and if ARCs are available she& #39;ll send me one??? wtf
- ????????????????????? find them in a tree

ways I keep trying to get ARCs:

- tweet about how excited I am for a book a mutual wrote and hope they just spontaneously offer??? this has worked a couple times

- think REALLY REALLY HARD about how much I want it and hope that does.....something
