1~ Yesterday& #39;s Jokes were sad to say the least. They practically made fun of Muslims and their testimony.
2~ Some people turned the whole matter into some sort of nationalist cause rather than a fiqh matter in the Deen.
3~ If you have nothing good to say then remain silent.

Today is Eid in many parts of the Muslim World who rightfully celebrated eid after seeing the moon and it wasn& #39;t 8 individuals as some people were spewing but many throughout the regions in Somalia, parts of kenya, eastern ethiopia, gambia etc...

Now those of us in the west had a decision to make, I personally went along with my dad who is very knowledgeable in this matter and led us at home with eid prayer and khutbah... He brought forth many evidences. Others followed their local Masajid etc.

Regardless, I won& #39;t try to put doubts in the minds of those fasting so I& #39;ll say May Allah accept thr fast of those fasting and May Allah accept month of Ramadhan and Eid prayer.
It& #39;s important to respect both sides.
